After struggling with Vodacom regarding the upgrade of my sisters phone on my contract, I still have no satisfactory reply.

Please cancel this contract with immediate effect, at no cost to myself and move my sister's number over to prepaid. I would rather move to another service provider.

If you fail to provide me with a satisfactory solution, please provide me with the ombudsman number so that I can take this matter further.
