I notice that I was billed on my Vodacom account for something called "Content Services". When I phone Vodacom they've told me that it was for Exact Mobile.
To my surprise!!! I've never subscribed to them.
it is a bit scary that anyone can just bill your cell phone service provider without any written consent by you. Be careful. I did contact Exact Mobile today to demand a refund. Let's see what is going to happen.
