World play has subscribed my data number (0716089902) to their services without my request and then started billing me. When I discover incorrect billing on my Vodacom account, I query it only to find that they say I have subscribed to mobile content from Worldplay. The simcard in question is used only to access the internet and never on the phone. How then will will I subscribe to a mobile application when I don't use it on the phone. I have sent Tracy an email after the advice from Vodacom last week Friday and I have never heard a response about these matter. I am very upset about these matter.
