Taking money without perission

I recently discovered that my cellular provider was deducting money from my account for 'content services'. On enquiry I was told that it is for Exact mobile services. I do not know when or how this happened as it has been about 7 years since I last made use of this service. How is it then possible that I am now suddenly bille for services? On telephonic enquiry to Exact Mobile I was told that she cannot assist me with this detail. I am extremely upset that money is being taken from me without my consent. I did not sign anything. Nor did I recently make use of the service or subscribed to it. I need an urgent answer!!!
