I would like to give Vuyisile a pat on the shoulder. Thank you so much for giving me information I never knew I needed. I am a client with Vodacom and I missed 3 of my payments as I had to leave the country urgently and my crad was blocked by my banker. On my return Vodacom wanted to suspend my line but I called and called them, to no help until I spoke to Vuyisile in the morning, who gave me information I value and will utilise to have my 3 lines back.
