I am a frustrated customer and very disappointed with the service that I am receiving at Vodacom. I made an upgrade on the 06th February 2013 @ Vodacom shop in Hemingways East London. I then wanted to reverse the update and change my handset so I called client care on the 14th February @ 19:55 asking if it is possible for me to change my handset and I was told that I can because It is still within 14days, I just need to go to the shop where I made the upgrade. I then went to the shop the following day 15th February and spoke to Aya, she told me that I was given incorrect information as their policy is that I can only bring back the phone if its faulty within 7days. Aya called client care because she said client care have given me incorrect information so they have to fix it themselves and a request was logged, I was told that I will be contacted within 48hrs. I never received a call from anyone at Vodacom regarding this, I had to call and quote the reference only to find out that the log was closed. A new log was opened and I have been waiting for response since then. I keep calling Vodacom for feedback and the shop as well, I am not getting response. This matter is still hanging.
