"Hi, its me again!
Phone was collected from me early April for OBF, it was declined due to the accessories not being included, I was told it would be booked in for repairs.
Last week I phoned to find out when I would receive my phone and was told this week.
I phoned this morning to find out when this week I would receive my phone, and I was told that the phone had not yet been booked in for repairs.
Its been a month now.
I want an answer today! When am I getting my phone back? "

Don't tell me Ruth is going to phone me because she is absolutely inept to deal with my query.
If I do not have my phone back this week I will be contacting a lawyer to start legal proceedings against Cell C, I have had to make dozens of calls, multiple complaints on Hellopeter and deal with the incompetence of Cell C staff for the better part of 2 months all to no avail."

Right so this is my third complaint, Sipho Sithole has not bothered to call me to tell me what is happening with my phone.
Cell C is possibly the worst service provider in South Africa.
