I have been Vodacom's customer for about 7 years now and have never regreted dealing with them until now. They have exposed me to someone has upgraded my number and took a new phone on Friday the 14th, I only realised this on Saturday when I got sms's to say my upgrade was successful.

I called them to say i have not done any upgrade spoke to the most unprofessional agent ever her name is Mbali she couldn't answer any of my questions she would ask me to hold and not even press a hold button i could hear her talking to her colleaques on the back ground she was not willing to help at all even worse she decided to transfer my call to the customer service department without even informing me.

How did the know that particular number was due for upgrading? unless someone in Vodacom has linked the info, why can't they tell me what did they base themselves on before authorising the upgrade? Do i really have to wait for the whole weekend for them to get back to me and give me all the answers I'm looking for. I am very disappointed in Vodacom and I will never ever have any dealings with them again However i will get to the bottom of this to find outwho linked my info
