This consultant hates their job or has lost their passion. Maybe they should be moved to a back office or something as they are disinterested in what they are doing. Putting a customer on hold for five minutes without warning them and sounding like they are doing the customer a favour in assisting doesn't resonate with Vodacoms promised service. Phumza is an epic fail I hope she soon follows/finds what she's passionate about, my best wishes to her.
