During October we purchased a vehicle from REEDS Cape Town. We much appreciate the excellent customer service received from the salesman, Bruce Sprague. His passion for top notch service is admirable.
My husband and I appreciated his open friendly and professional service where no request was too much to ask. He truly bent over backwards to accommodate us from the first phonecall where we arranged for him to bring the car to us for a test drive, to the follow up calls, the trade-in and finally the signing of the offer to purchase.
Throughout all our dealings, he made us feel like valued clients, taking the time to make sure we are 100% satisfied. (To put this into context, we were originally going to buy a Hyundai ix35 from Hyundai, but because we felt the salesman was pushy and patronizing, we cancelled the deal and they lost out on a sale)
Therefore, young people like Bruce who is passionate about Client Care and understand good Customer Service is a real asset to any company.
