I have never come across someone who has so much passion for his work at VODACOM. Neo has been fantastic to work with and I wish I had met him sooner before I experienced all the bad service with Vodacom. He helped setting up my phone and explained everything to me without any judgment or negative vibe. He is passionate about quality service and I love people like that. Every customer is treated equally and he goes deeper into understanding the customers quarrels and he notes everything in his brain.
We spoke a lot and I asked so many questions that I even forgot some of them and guess what? he took me back to when I started complaining about Vodacom and my two terminated contracts, he answered the questions I asked when we first started. I'm really impressed with his customer service, he understand what CUSTOMER CENTRICITY IS. well done to you, NEO. Never lose that passion and effort you put into your work.
