I had a cell phone on Monday 14 Jan 2013. I had phone blacklisted and SIM card Suspended. I am now not able to log on to MTN Active till I have a replacement SIM. I contacted MTN via Chat Line, Email to address given and email to agent who dealt with blacklisting and SIM and explained I needed a list of calls and SMS's made from the phone from Sunday onwards.

I explained that this info was required to potentially assist with police investigation. NO ONE WAS ABLE TO ASSIST. I did receive an email stating that it had been referred to billing department (No one would give me email address for them) BUT STILL NO RESPONSE.

Information like this is critical as soon as possible after the crime is committed to assist in the investigation.

What irresponsible service!!
