Incompetence

I sent an application to Credit Salvage after the gentleman (Alfred Veca) that was suppose to assist me; explained what is required from me in order for my application to be looked at. I went to get all the documents required from me, on the same day. I sent all of them to his email address (responding to the email he sent me). A couple of working days later - plus a weekend included. I still haven't received any feed back from them. I called to enquire about my applications. When I was finally re-directed to Alfred. He took a couple of minutes to look for my application. After a back and fourth of spelling my email address to him he asked me to spell his address as he was sure I sent it the wrong email address. I explained to him that I responded to the email he sent me last week; informing me what documents I had to send to him. He could not find it and he then requested me to resend. If they did not look at the app the first time around why would they do it the second time around? There was no apology and he still had an attitude about it. I resent it to him but I still have not heard anything from them at all... Here I was thinking I finally found a credible
