PAY FOR WHAT YOU CANT GET

Telkom service is terrible. Wait THEY GIVE NO SERVICE AT ALL. My account is a mess and I am being billed for a number not on my name???

My internet service does not work and then I must still pay. Speeds are terrible.
I told Telkom I am using the line for ONLINE GAMING. First the speed is not correct and then I changed to a unshaped account, since then its just been bad. Ping is running at 325ms when it is suppose to be 20-30ms.
Your service. Tshepo the advance tech assigned to my account to sort out the problem or suppose to sort out.. ha ha ha ha.. You don't even get back to a customer. And I don't care if its weekend. I am still the customer. Telkom you have until 17H00 Monday 21 Jan to sort this out or I WILL CANCELL SERVICE WITH YOU. PS TELKOM SAID I SIGNED A CONTRACT. HAHAHAHA SHOW ME THE CONTRACT!!!
