Bad Service - no results

I've been struggling to get RICA registered for more than a year. After 6 trips to Clear Water Mall to the MTN branch the lady still cant get me registered. After weeks of struggling a call center employee managed to sort out the problem and got me RICA registered. (ONLY LASTED FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS)

Problem:
1) I received my bill for May/June but there is no break-down on the calls I've made! I'm paying for extra services which I can't even remember asking them to place on the bill!
2) I phone the customer care number to inquire about my invoice - GUESS WHAT... I'm not RICA registered!!!

How many times do I need to visit your branch if they can't do their job!!!

I honestly just had it with your guys...

Let's hope and see if CELL C can sort out my problem! Surely after a year struggling with the same problem you don't need me as a customer!
