Unnecessary request

I called at CNA N1 city branch today to purchase a cell phone. I informed the staff member who assisted me that I would be using a current (RICA) sim card and there would be no need for a new number. The staff member insisted and argued that I RICA a new number as this is your policy and the only way to get a new phone. I do not wish to have any more mobile number registered to my name. I already have 5 mobile number for my family registered. If this is the case then every year when I purchase a new phone there will be an unwanted number registered against my name. Please let me know which criminals will be using these mobile numbers RICA-ed on my name and ID? I have purchased prepaid cellphones previously with an existing sim card and therefore no RICA and new number.

The very same staff member, when asked about a special you advertised for a Samsung phone for R699, argued that you never had such a special. Yet I am looking right now at the special in your "Wild Christmas Deals" brochure. His attitude was rather aggressive and confrontational and I eventually had no choice but to shut him up.

What a waste of my energy and time to do shopping at your store!!
