Took out a data contract with Vodacom about 7months ago. Complaining of the poor Internet connection in Overport Durban, the area I live in. Called several times, emailed several times, tweeted several times even to the CEO Shameel Joosub, absolutely no progress. All I get is a call that relevant department will be notified, that's the end.
I pay R 240 pm on this contact alone, the one of many I have with them. I've been complaining over 5 months now.
