11 Months and still nothing!

I've been complaining about my useless internet speeds for 11 months now and each time they make promises, give me reference numbers and then NOTHING. They just stop replying to emails, calling is useless as well. I live in an area surrounded by 3G towers and get nothing, I sent an email and they "logged for investigation" and give me another reference number, still waiting on whatever comes next! #0041325. I've paid over R3 000 for internet that is slower than dial-up and times-out half the times.

I want this fixed by months end or I'm out, you're the only one with 'decent' internet options here and would've stayed after my contract ended.
