Been complaining for 2 month, Vodacom does nothing

We, in the surrounding of Grabouw, have been complaining since end of Nov about the problem we're having. When we make phone calls in this area, we can hardly hear anything the other person in or out of this area is saying. However, the person thats not in this area can hear us fine.

I've personally complained quite a number of times... The call center gives me a ref number and says someone will call me back within 24 hours. That unfortunately never happens...

I've phoned vodacom customer care again today and used my ref number so that someone can help me AGAIN!
To my surprise the consultant told me that my problem was sent to technical department on the 17th of Jan (this is well over a month of me calling and complaining). The consultant then proceeded to tell me that my problem was rejected as I'm not a 'high" spender. They also said they sent my problem request to technical a second time and the result was that they dont have an immediate fix to the problem. However, they are aware of it.

My phone made a recording of the conversation and I would be happy to supply the recording with all the info if so needed.

Vodacom Please Fix this issue. Pull up your socks and man up!
