I took out a contract for a data sim card, they told me "go have a cup of coffee, it takes 30 minutes, we will phone you" well not phone call arived! Went back to the store "computer off line, we will phone you" made numerous calls, both to the store and the sales admin office, no joy.
Its been 6 days no sim card, several phone calls from myself to try to resolve without success, no attempt from your side to get this sorted. This service so far is pathetic to say the least! If this issue is not sorted by tomorrow 21 june 2013 by eob consider our contract null and void and I will take my business to your opposition. As promised my complaint on hellopeter I hope others read this before approaching you lot for service. Your lack of service is waisting my time. Sort out or get lost.
