MTN messes with your bill so double check

Signed a deal for R379 top up, my bills running so high despite that R1000 a month, then I rang then as I have a debit order I didn't realise. BIS was with contract. Called them, they rectified by cutting off my BIS for 5 days and converted to top up. Used own airtime for internet, spent hours there but nothing helped. Told me they would refund my money but no date when. Listen guys how do you pay your bills when they taking out monies you didn't. Sign for and why are they soo slow to refund as they were quick to take your money. Who's gonna refund me for my internet use in those 5 days. I'm still gonna be charged for an entire month right! But u didn't provise a service which I'm paying for, for 5 days. Rubbish! Illegal to debit someones account unless they signed you can!!
