After enquiries where made as to why Nedbank debit my acdount earlier than the contract date, and my request to move the debit date to an alternative date of first day of month and being told its not possible, I now would like an immediate response as to my Nedbank has debitted my acdount twice in the last 5 days! I want an immediate refund and explanation. Twice now, they have breached contract of early deductions and now a double deduction. I am not in arrears. Check email sent and voice recordings, and dont expect me to wait 10 days, I have other bills to pay, should I request them to wait, I think not!
