I was double debited this morning for an amount of R400.00, i called the finance department and i spoke to polina, she then told me that they always double debit twice every year and its very surprising cause Qobile didn't tell me that they deduct double in November, im 6months pregnant and im not even going to the gym but im paying so all of a sudden a double debit order goes off and i wasnt informed about this when i signed my contract, i dnot even have a copy of my contract, i joined in may this year and i still not have a the membership card!!! their service really and they make me sick... im gonna stop paying them if they dont sort this out and reverse my money... i ddnt give them any authority to debit twice!!! they just with my bank account however they like!!! its!!! i want my money or im gonna report them to the ombardsman!!! even worse they dont explain the contract to their customers.!!! they make me sick!
