I'm still waiting for my refund, I was told it would take 10 days. It is now 15 working days, I'm not sure how long must I wait to have my money back which I didn't authorize you to debit. You told me the cover has been cancelled, good I didn't ask for a cover to begin with and I've never received any documents from you telling me what I've been covered for and what's excluded. I'm the one being inconvenienced here for something I didn't even ask for. If I don't get this money back you'll be hearing from my lawyers!!!
I'm not gonna wait another 10 days for you to sort your out!
