Sim card broken??? No help???

So for a month I can use my new sim card, not touch it - meaning removing it - make calls, use the internet, bbm etc, then Friday it just stops working??? I have paid nearly R24000 to 8ta in contract fees over 2 years, then all I get is 'sorry you have to go and do ANOTHER sim swop...'? How can a sim just stop working? Call center just shurgs. Who will pay the sim swop? the petrol out? the money lost in calls being lost???

Wish I could change my service provider!
