SHOCKING SERVICE! 4-6 weeks if small problem; 7-10 weeks if large problem; no temp phone service whilst phone in for repair! 2 months without a phone - if you use it for business purposes not good:( Head Office is not open on weekends! If you take to a branch, it will take much longer to repair.
