On 28 May I wrote a report which they contacted me to resolve and still no resolve so from R5000 to a whopping R8 000. they promised me a reversal for which I still wait with bated breath for.
Then they have the audacity to keep phoning me to sell me more products! VVIP service I see Vodacom is giving me the royal treatment of poor customer service! :
Vodacom has charged me over R5 000 in the over 2 months. They used to send me an sms stating that my data was about to expire. Now they haven't and just charge me for the data without my knowledge. Before ic ould add and buy my own data. So much for Red Line VIP Service.
