Vodacom claims to be the leading cellphone network provider in South Africa, yet their cellphone reception has been shocking of late. Dropped calls. Lost Signal. Poor reception. The list goes on. We pay exorbitant rates for a below par service. If this level of service continues I will be forced to go to another provider who will give me the service that I require.
