I ordered a Blackberry 9900 earleir this month utilizing the upgrade option of my current contract. The handset was confirmed an OBF and I was sent a new handset. This "new" thing is worse than the old one and is also not working. As if that wasn't bad enough, I called in this morning and spoke to a character by the name of Allen, who was not willing to assist me at all and when I requested to speak to a supervisor, I was transfer to a person called Eric. Will you believe that none of them were able to assist me and now they have disconnected my BIS before it has expired. I would like to exercise my consumer right to cancel this contract at no cost due to service failure. now unless Cell C can pull a rabbit out a hat to help me, I will never use these incompetent fools ever again. The client service agents can even spell service let alone provide one. Thami, the supervisor might as well be a cleaner, he knows nothing about what he is doing. Let me see if this will help or if they just don't care... I want out of this stupid contact.
