According to the branch manager and employees at the branch the Consumer act do not apply to them as the handset I got under contract with them 3 months ago stays their possession until the contract run out.
I upgraded to a Blackberry Z10 which after 2 /3 weeks stopped ringing. After discussions with them it was send in for repairs and after about 3 weeks I got it back. Now 3 weeks down the line it again stopped working.
I went back this morning and requested a refund or a substitution of the handset which they flatley refused as it is still their handset according to them. I requested the handset to be replaced but according to them this is not how it is done.

I will be filing a complaint at the consumer tribunal as well but want in the meantime to warn future clients of their attitude and position and please to stay away from the z10 Blackberry as according to the sales consultant it does have quite a few problems.
