I just upgraded a contract phone 2 days ago and It is still not activated, I have called MTN customer care the whole day yesterday 13.06.2013 but the consultants are just transferring me from one department to another with no assistance, Im sitting with two phones that are useless, Blackberry with no blackberry services, and the new Samsung galaxy with no network
