CONTRACT UPGRADE: I have upgraded my contract via sales department on 4th Dec 13 and I was informed that the delivery will take place within 7 days. I am still waiting for the new handset. On 12th Dec 13, I called to follow up on the issue and I was informed that the colour of requested handset is out of stock. The company did not bother to inform me beforehand. I had to reapply again, with the same promise of delivering in 3 to 7 days. I am still waiting for that handset. CANNOT MAKE CALLS & SEND SMS: Immediately after I resubmitted for an upgrade on 12th Dec 13, my current handset could not make calls and send messages. I called on the same day and I was provided a code by the call centre agent but it did not work. I called the second time, I was informed I should call technical division in the morning. Waited until the morning and the technical division indicated that they could not assist. I called Cell C for more than 12 times and I am still having the same problem. Yesterday I was promised that the technician will be sent, I am still waiting. The call centre agents do no talk the same language. I was sent from one person to another, but could not be helped until to date.
