I took out a contract this year I have had endless problems with the Internet I had phoned Vodacom Customer Care had logged a call. I had no response I then called several times there after in the following 2 months and had several people tell me differant stories.
I finally got to someone who the put through the Cancellation that was in last month and upto now I have had no resaults.
I am loosing my patience. with client services, and Overcell from Gansbaai and no one is willing to help with my situation.
