I am appalled by the service received from your store (Altech - Autopage Fordsburg).
On Saturday 08/06/2013, I upgraded my contract to the Samsung Note. The consultant Mohammed said that I will receive my phone Thursday or Friday this week. I have called them several times to find out if he have received stock and will it be delivered in time. Mohammed said to me that they are still waiting for stock but will definitely get the Samsung note on Thursday afternoon.
After calling the store several times today and getting no response I decided to call head office to find out if I will be receiving the device this afternoon as Mohammed promised, the consultant has informed me that they have no order for the device on record.
I have since spoken to Mohammed once again only to be told that the device going to be invoiced out to the store sometime today.
I am sick and tired of waiting, I am not interested in auto pages internal affairs. I want my device today or tomorrow for the latest.
