I'm starting to wonder if anyone is actually working in the MTN call centre. I've been on hold for 40 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes waiting to talk to a human being. At least while I wait I can enjoy a screeching repetitive recording annoying enough to remove the enamel from the walls. Every time something goes wrong with MTN it takes ages to fix THEIR shortcomings. Once my current commitments to them expires I will definitely not be loyal to a company who cant even pick up the phone!!!
