Poor Call Centre response

We are a reseller of Web Africa's international hosting service. From time to time we need support and contact them on 086 000 9500. Every time I call it takes at least 5 minutes before I actually talk to a human. As I write this, I have been waiting for 8 EIGHT minutes. All of this time is, of course, coming off of my cell phone account.

As their calls are recorded I have on at least three occasions told the consultant just how long it has taken without abusing them as it is clearly not their fault.

This service level is not in keeping with the image they used to have.
