I am at my wits end with the terrible service they offer. The people on the other end of the phone are always short and unfriendly. Yesterday I ordered the taxi and the guy wanted to hang up before even taking my address and phone number. They agreed to pick me up at 6.35pm, to get me to the Bungalow at 6.45pm for an important meeting. At 6.50pm, 15 minutes late I called again and they said the taxi would be there in 10 minutes. At 7pm, I called again and they said he would be 6 minutes. Eventually I called again after waiting outside my apartment the entire time and they told me my taxi was waiting outside for ages. I said that this wasn't true as I am outside and he proceeded to tell a colleague that I am 'onbeskoff! (spelling?) meanwhile he was! I am a paying customer. My partner and I proceeded to walk down to the main road. Only 15min later did the taxi call to say it was outside. I got to my important meeting an 1hr late.
An experience before that, I asked them to pick me up in an hour. They took 5 minutes. They agreed to wait outside. I rushed took& 20 minutes and by then he was gone! I called and they said I took too long and that another taxi would take an hour! TERRIBLE
