MTN, are you going to resolve my matter or not or do I need to involve my lawyers?
Please get back to me today in order to avoid further issues.
Oh and just don't say here thank you for raising you query, that you will get someone to look at it and bla bla bla because those are always just words and no one at your company cares. you guys just respond here in order to look good and don't do anything after that.
