Still No response after my hellopeter complaint

I still heard nothing regarding my previous hellopeter complaint
I will be taking this to the CPA
I also want a written response what has been done so far regarding my complaint
You will also be hearing from my lawyers
The house is getting more damaged as you guys are delaying the process
I would like a call from the CEO or GM of SIL
All the info has been logged on my previous complaint
