Complaint #3 for the same problem

This is now my third complaint about the same issue, non delivery as agreed, see previous two links below.

Despite an unfulfilled resolution and still not having completed the order, the Groupon states the call as closed. This is incorrect, the order is still outstanding.

As such, given the number of complaints and long resolution times, looks like we're going to be a while, as such I will adopt a format that supports this

Incorrect Groupon Status = Resolved
My opinion = How can this be closed when delivery has not been completed

Groupon Response = "Logistics has advised that there was a delay and that the items will be collected friday to be dispatched next week"
Incorrect Groupon Status = Resolved
My opinion = How can this be closed when delivery has not been completed
