Please read through my previous 2 complaints on hello peter as I am NOT GOING TO REPEAT MYSELF. I want your Head of Complaints to phone me as Jonathan is unable to resolve the query, nor respond or give feedback. THIS, AFTER EVERYTHING WAS EMAILED TO HIM. I want my complaint to be resolved and my refund to be done to my account. If you are unable to resolve this, give me the escalation process hereafter. My grade 4 daughter can do the calculation of the triple debit! Yet Jonathan in your accounts department is unable to grasp this nor resolve it??? Is this what you call service??? Shocking is an understatement!!!
