Hi.
I signed a new 24month contract with MTN last week when vissiting my son in Nelspruit. There's no MTN signal at he's house. (guinea fowl cresent st 50, Nelspruit X35) on my return home (Hoedspruit) I went to the local MTN store for help but left feeling betrayed to say the least. My new phone freezes up constantly & when trying to make a call it just says 'cannot connect'.
I spoke to Kyle about my problems and his response was utterly shocking!!! "everyone buys in other cities & when something goes wrong then we end up with the here" in his words.
I was told to take my phone back to Nelspruit.
I'm a widow and when travelling do so on my own, I need a phone that can make a call and that doesn't freezes up. Hoedspruit is only that big... Where to now?!!
