Billed for TV. TV not received. Very tardy backup

Generally quite happy with this branch, but unfortunately now bordering on (item being billed, but not delivered, without any updates). Took out Topup 100 contract containing Samsung Galaxy Pocket and 32" TV in early May. No update from consultant. Can only make the shop on Sundays due to work schedule and supplied number has only been answered twice, once on a Sunday after I went there to confirm their number and then I phoned from INSIDE THE SHOP. Can't track the TV's status on Sundays. Answered for the second time today (13/6/13). Consultant on leave. Another fellow opened ticket and actually responded later with feedback saying TV hasn't started shipping yet. Said he would have more info later in day. He didn't. Feel sorry for this guy. Inherited problem someone else caused by not following up. Just tired of waiting and PAYING monthly rate for undelivered TV. Catch up, Timothy. You're renowned for good service. Don't break that reputation.
