Rapport not delivered on a regular basis. Newspaper is thrown from a moving vehicle, could land anywhere in the garden - have to search every Sunday. No delivery Sunday 03 March (and a number of other Sundays since beginning of the year.) Please resolve. Unable to contact CRM Agent (telephone not answered or line engaged, e-mail not responded to.)
