Samsung Galaxy Note Jellybean update

This seems to be a recurring problem with Samsung SA last year I complained about the ICS update being incredibly late for N7000 (The forgotten star child of Samsung). When I investigated that matter they gave me the run around saying it was vodacom's fault. later only to find out this wasn't the case. I'm pretty sure this year it is the exact same case, waiting for after S4 craze to die down.

This time I will state firmly the Jellybean update has been available to the international market as from early Feb for international devices. As of today it has been delivered to many countries including the likes of Kenya, Kazakhstan, Vietnam and Iraq!! and they're in ruins after a WAR yet are getting OTA updates. Here we have the international version out but not a single carrier specific version. Poor show Samsung.

Give me and fellow customers an ETA PLEASE!!!

Oh and by the way, very sneaky warranty where my product (phone) has a 2 year warranty yet... further down the line the battery that comes with the phone only has a 6 month warranty... My battery just started playing up and then started bulging. Had to buy a new one, exactly after only one year of having the phone
