After a three month argument due to Telkom giving me the incorrect package plus charging me for 2 internet packages, (all I wanted was the Telkom 3 Simple Plan!!!) Its taken 3 months and several calls for them to sort it. Yesterday, 12th June I get a call after I called the previous day to follow up, they tell me its all finally sorted and they will regenerate my bills with the correct amounts. Great... But... No...! less than 12 hours later I get: ''Your telephone service have been suspended please pay the outstanding amount... Ha ha i'm so cross it hilarious. Flip, give your customers a chance, re send the bill so I can see in black and white what I now need to pay for and proof you have credited me... NO just cut me off. Awful service and I am most unhappy!
