ALMOST A WEEK AND NO DEVICE

I placed an upgrade on my cellphone 0788044556 on the 8th and have not received my upgraded phone as promised by the consultant by Tuesday, Wednesday Latest!! several emails and still no reply. The only email that I received, which can be forwarded - ONLY ONE EMAIL BTW to the relevant person was rude and had no customer service, just as well I had to wait over HALF AN HOUR TO BE ATTENDED TO when I did the upgrade... I don't think this is fair as ALL my debit orders go off on time and I DID NOT claim for any rewards etc. CAN SOMEONE LET ME KNOW WHEN I WILL GET MY PHONE!!!

Get your staff in order then your customers will be happy, at least some of them!!!
