I fail to understand why must it be a process to just correct the mistake you did for the past two months.
You made it sound simple and you realised the fault is yours. Ive spoke with the guy named themba and dumisane with regard to double billing for one sms and they promised to send the matter to technical team.
I sent emails left and right with no success now I think it will be fair to tell my bank to suspend your debit till the matter has been resolved. If then there is no solution, I will have to push it with my lawyers.
Enough is enough...
