Good morning i ported mine and my wifes number onto your network after seeing your adds on tv, well i think that was probably the biggest mistake i have made i am never able to get any signal in my shop to make or receive a call or send or receive any type of message unless i am standing in one specific place. I ported around a month ago and i am told i can not port off of your network for 3 months i find this unacceptable that i have to deal with substandard service for his period of time you company has been opperating for a substantial period of time and if you havent got it right yet then i dont think it will happen soon i would like to know how to speed up the process of porting back to Vodacom
