Charge Back and no response in 25 working days

I have yet to receive a response on Hellopeter with regards to my complaint. I have yet to receive a response from Nonhlanhla, Petunia, Johanna. I received emails from Petunia and Johanna after sending an email to Information. I received an email from Nonhlanhla after my first complaint on Hellopeter on the 6th Jan. Thereafter I have not received any feedback from her. I was promised feedback from the other 2. They both asked for my account information and I said I cant give my card number and myaccount number over email for security reasons. and instead gave my reference number. I did not get a response. I then sent an email again and petunia responded and said she had forwarded an email to me advising on the progress of the issue. I hadnt received this and so I have advised her and the following day she sends me the generic email she sent the first time around instead of just sending the 'forwarded email' that I hadnt received. I have had enough. I need my money back and I need to give these names to management and have them disciplined.
